L’ensemble des photographies présentes sur ce site constitue des œuvres protégées par le droit d’auteur.

Conformément au Code de la propriété intellectuelle, l’auteur d’une œuvre de l’esprit dispose, du seul fait de sa création, d’un droit exclusif comprenant des droits moraux et patrimoniaux.
Toute reproduction, représentation ou utilisation, totale ou partielle, sans autorisation préalable de l’auteur ou de ses ayants droit est illicite.
Le droit moral de l’auteur permet notamment de préserver l’intégrité de l’image et d’empêcher toute modification, dénaturation ou utilisation portant atteinte à son nom ou à sa réputation.
En cas de diffusion autorisĂ©e, l’auteur des photographies doit ĂŞtre mentionnĂ©.
 
Droit à l’image des personnes
Toute personne dispose d’un droit exclusif sur son image, issu du respect de la vie privée.
Ainsi, la diffusion d’une photographie représentant une personne identifiable nécessite en principe son autorisation préalable, quel que soit le lieu de prise de vue ou le support de diffusion (site internet, réseaux sociaux, etc.).
À défaut d’autorisation, la personne concernée peut s’opposer à la publication et engager la responsabilité civile ou pénale de l’auteur de la diffusion.
Certaines exceptions existent, notamment lorsque la personne n’est pas le sujet principal de l’image ou dans le cadre du droit à l’information, sous réserve du respect de la dignité humaine.

Utilisation non autorisée
Toute utilisation, reproduction, modification ou diffusion des photographies de ce site sans accord écrit préalable constitue une contrefaçon pouvant engager la responsabilité de son auteur et donner lieu à des sanctions civiles et/ou pénales.

Image Rights of Individuals
Every person has an exclusive right to their own image, derived from the right to privacy.
Therefore, the publication of a photograph showing an identifiable person generally requires that person’s prior consent, regardless of where the photo was taken or the medium of distribution (website, social media, etc.).
In the absence of authorization, the person concerned may oppose the publication and seek to engage the civil and/or criminal liability of the party responsible for the dissemination.
Certain exceptions may apply, particularly when the individual is not the main subject of the image or when publication is justified by the right to information, provided that human dignity is respected.
